Is there any program/add-on that helps you check for the correct state in excel?

I have several headers like Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip and sometimes the state is incorrect. Is there some sort of program that can check if those states are correct based on the correct information like Address Line 1 and City? Note that I don't want to manually go through them all with a program that requires of me to enter every single address, I want to be able to select over 100 addresses at a time to check for inconsistencies.

Olympus PEN E-PL1 aperture help?

On the 'M/Manual' dial everything is very dark. When I click the 'Up' arrow to change aperture (the left and right arrow keys) it changed but there is still the scale with a blinking -3.0 that doesn't change with it. So the picture is always dark and I can't turn it back. How do I change it back? (Resetting didn't work & it's perfectly fine on the A/Aperture dial.) How is it that Americans and the world have accepted the US governments account of what happened in 9/11?

Why hasn't there been proper and thorough investigations as to why there are certain inconsistencies about the US government's account of what happened in 9/11. Shouldn't the US government have come out and addressed the public properly as to why they couldn't and weren't possibly involved in the attacks if they truly weren't? Why is it that most of America and the world so freely accept the US government's account of what happened so freely when there are so many inconsistencies in their explanation?

At school, I have always around 80-100% (Which I'm happy for it). But the thing that I was wondering is that: If I keep this road, will I get a good job and getting trusted when borrowing loans to start a small business. What is the most consistent .22lr ammunition?

I've been getting into really long range shooting with my .22 just to see what i can push it to, and when i get way out there i can see a big difference in the inconsistency in powder, primer, etc.. for example I've been able to hit a one foot by 3 foot steel target at 700 yards with Remington golden bulk, but shooting that distance the rounds had some dropping off around 30-40 yards short, and some hitting right where i was putting it. i know it's the ammo and not the rifle because it's only stringing, the horizontal is staying MOA.

I was barred from my college campus for suicidal ideation and I'd like to sue?

Everyone who I have described the situation to believes that I was treated very unfairly. Also, the school administration claims that they were following protocol, but I know for a fact that there have been inconsistencies in how I was dealt with and how other students in similar situations have been dealt with-because those other students are friends of mine. Additionally, the way that they handled certain aspects of my situation was irresponsible. Several other students have been affected adversely by this policy, and after what has happed to me, my friends think that I should sue. I am 18 and I have absolutely no money, but I do have a good case. How should I proceed? And how long do I have to go about doing this? Is an attorney necessary, and if so, how do I find a free one? My entire academic career is at stake, here.
