What California college can i get into as a transfer student with a 3.2 GPA?

I finished two years at orange coast community college and received a 3.2 GPA. I want to go to PEPPERDINE, CHAPMAN, USC, USD, or UCLA for business. Do i have any chance of getting into those schools with my GPA? does the fact im a veteran help me out? should i do community service to help my odds?
