Can anyone explain this?

Yes, it is very possible that you reduced your caloric intake too much causing your body to go into a defense / starvation mode slowing your metabolism. Many people go too extreme on calorie cutting when trying to lose body fat. Figure out how many cals your getting now and stick with it until the weight loss stops (stops for at least 1 week). No matter the source a cal is a cal. The gummy's and soda are not the best choice for nutrition but you have to let yourself have a few things you really enjoy. Good Luck
