Will the CHSPE affect my chances of attending USC?

I am currently a sophomore in high school and have recently taken the CHSPE in hopes of attending Pasadena City College and transferring to Annenberg as a junior with a major in Broadcast Jounalism. Will not taking the traditional path to a junior college affect my chances of admission? Also, will a poor high school record affect my chances, even if I have taken the 30 units required to transfer?
