Why should LA get an NFL team?

teams have gone and failed in LA already. They don't deserve a team. And LA is full of criminals, bringing a team like the Raiders back would only mean even higher crime rates and even more gangbangers. Besides, LA has USC Trojans, they are pretty much the 33rd NFL team because of all the talent they always have, lol.
