Is there any program/add-on that helps you check for the correct state in excel?

I have several headers like Address Line 1, Address Line 2, City, State, Zip and sometimes the state is incorrect. Is there some sort of program that can check if those states are correct based on the correct information like Address Line 1 and City? Note that I don't want to manually go through them all with a program that requires of me to enter every single address, I want to be able to select over 100 addresses at a time to check for inconsistencies.
