Is poor communication by government the reason for 9-11 inside job theory?

Obviously this shows government has poor communication with the citizens, since such kind of doubts are raised. Again even now some are saying Osama death is a hoax. This again shows poor communication on part of government. Government should do a better job convincing people of truth. So far they have very poor record of addressing doubts or suspicions raised by many people. A few minute speech on TV saying, "this and that happened" doesn't seem to be convincing to many people. Later those people in their free time analyze government statements and try finding holes and gaps. When they find even a little bit of inconsistency, their conclusion is "they are liars. cheats". Bush had this problem and Obama has it too. Whenever some politician speaks of something someone later will say, "its a lie" unless very hard evidence is shown.
