How long does it take NVC to send the first package to the beneficiary?

My dad has recently filed the I-130 for me and it has been approved. It's been two weeks now and we haven't heard anything from NVC. How long do we have to wait to hear from them? I am first preference (minor child of USC). Please help before I go out of my mind. Thank you.
