I think you should call her. Even if you get nervous, you'll be able to find out for sure whether you guys can hang out or not. I think texting can be really ambiguous...I know I'm inconsistent when I text, like forgetting to respond until later. You should just say hi and ask if she wants to do something that week. Then she'll have to answer you, and if she sounded happy when you asked her in person, the result can't be too bad. Worst case is she says no and that she doesn't enjoy your company. But you'll never know until you try!
