Inconsistency in AP Bio...?

I'm taking AP Biology this year and I'm studying for the exam on Monday. I have gotten straight A's in the class but I took a practice exam to help with studying and I got a 2. And my teacher hasn't been a great teacher. He's certainly trying to do his best teaching us but he just isn't a great teacher. What will colleges think when they see that I got straight A's in the class but I failed the AP exam?
