No I do not think obama should be tried as a War Criminal for violating Pakistan's boarder to get OBL, but yes I do believe you are right that if this had happened under the Bush administration there would have been an uproar of protests and screams of "War Criminal". Hell the left calls him a war criminal for the invasion of Iraq which was voted on and APPROVED by both sides of Congress.
