I want to take an Italian class at my community college, but will it look bad on a college application?

At my school, the only foreign languages offered are Spanish and French. I took Spanish for Natives because I was not interested in French. I'll be taking AP Spanish my Senior year. However, I really want to learn Italian for simple reasons that I want to travel to Italy and learn more about the Italian culture. But if I take it at my community college, will it show inconsistency with my foreign language requirement? Also, is it possible to study Italian in college?
