Should the teams that are contemplating drafting a QB this year wait until next year to get one?

There are two guys i think will be decent. Jake Locker and Colin Kaepernick. While neither are first round guys in my eyes i do think they will do well in the NFL on the right team with a good coach to show them the ropes.
