He got a co ed dorm? Reason to worry?

My boyfriend of a year and a half is going to USC this fall. I am still a senior in high school. He requested, and got, a co ed dorm. When i ask him why he wanted one his answer is simply "to much testosterone in one building would drive me crazy" I trust him completely.. but i don't trust other girls. He is very attractive.. everyone says he looks like jacob off of twilight, so he is going to have girls after him. I can't ask him to switch dorms cause he would feel like I don' trust him. I trust him with my life. I just need advice to easy my worry. Please.. I really love him.
